8.3 Balance Management

If an account is closed due to a violation of terms, relevant bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited. The return of any legitimate deposited funds will be considered once the investigation is complete.

• Faults with the user's own device or software.
• Delays by third-party payment gateways or banks.
• Losses resulting from the user sharing their login details with others.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

Under no circumstances will 66zza's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
